Seven Jazz wins Jazz Venue of the Year in 2016 Parliamentary Jazz Awards

Hi Seven Jazz supporters!!

Thanks to everyone for all your kind messages about is winning the Parliamentary Jazz award on Tuesday 10 May. We want to dedicate it to the whole the jazz community in the North- especially those voluntary jazz promoters that keep the scene going and all the talented musicians creating amazing music.

The jazz community is so important - it "helps people come together across seemingly unbridgeable divides" - Barack Obama  on international jazz day a few days ago.

So here's to the future - lots of new ideas and projects - and lots of fun!
